I had the honor of being on the core team responsible for a comprehensive rebrand, 2 years in the making. I spearheaded the messaging efforts, defining the refreshed tone and voice principles, setting the copywriting guidelines, and crafting the go-to-market strategy and communications.
Our integrated rollout spanned across organic social, email, blog and website channels, and it was a hit! Our positioning placed the customer at the center of the story, citing their experience and feedback as the catalyst for the changes.
